Internet Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information on the Calvert County Agriculture Internet Site and to set the standards of allowed information. No user of the site can distribute any of the included information without the exclusive permission of the Department of Economic Development.

A. General
  1. All information on the Site is placed at the discretion of the Department of Economic Development.
  2. Any request to include outside party information on the site must be approved by the Director of Economic Development or appropriate staff member.

B. Hyperlinks

  1. As a service to other agriculture related agencies, the Department of Economic Development provides hyperlinks. Hyperlinks are provided at the discretion of the Department of Economic Development. The Department reserves the right to remove or add links at its discretion.

C. Farms/Products and Ag Organizations

  1. The information listed is the sole property of the Department of Economic Development and cannot be distributed without exclusive permission. Listings are for information only and do not constitute a recommendation of facilities, products or services. The individual establishments have provided the information included in this guide. Every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the information. The Department of Economic Development is not liable for damages arising out of errors or omissions.
  2. Listings are provided at the discretion of the Department of Economic Development. The Department reserves the right to remove or add listings at its discretion. Farm/Product listings require the farm to be physically located in Calvert County, Maryland. Organization listings require the organization to serve the Calvert County Agriculture community.

D. Updates

  1. The Department of Economic Development maintains the site on a daily basis.
  2. Any updates made to the site must be consistent with the set style and structure of the existing Site. No structural changes can be made without the exclusive permission of the Department of Economic Development. Changes to the Site structure must be approved by the director or appropriate staff member.
