Permit Application Forms
Overview At left are links to online application forms and fee guides that have been developed by the Division of Inspections and Permits to aid applicants with the commercial and residential construction permit process.
Prior to the construction permit process, it is highly recommended that the applicant refer to the Department of Planning & Zoning for zoning regulations and the Division of Water and Sewerage for public water and/or sewer regulations and fees.
