Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be 21 years of age upon graduation from the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy. Applicants must be of good moral character and reputation. Applicants must have a valid driver's license. Applicants must have U.S. citizenship. Applicants must possess a high school diploma. or equivalent, accepted by the Maryland Department of Education .
