Public Information Request for Building, Grading, Planning & Zoning, Inspections & Permits

  1. Maryland's Public Information Act (PIA) allows citizen access to public records while protecting legitimate governmental interests and the privacy of individual citizens. Requests for information can be submitted using the form below. 

    Once your request is submitted, a county representative will contact you with the result of your request. The county has 10 working days to produce most requested records. You will be notified if additional time is required to retrieve records and the county has up to 30 days, if needed, to produce records.
