The Southern Maryland Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation serving the citizens of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties. Working with diverse partners, Southern Maryland RC&D helps our communities address conservation and quality of life concerns.
Composition
There shall be 29 members, of which one member shall be appointed by the BOCC with a three year term limit.
